32 "Whoever therefore shall confess me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in skey .33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, I will disown him before my Father who is in heaven. - Matthew 10: 32-33
In this message today our Lord Jesus Christ is telling us something very important and also very current. Incidentally, the word of God always, and will always be current. This nicely demonstrates the power and truth that are contained therein.
Since the Lord Jesus Christ became known among those whom He chose, including me and you. We can not in any way deny His presence in our lives. Therefore He says that unless declaring other people about all that He did and has done in our lives, we made a very serious mistake.
What the Lord Jesus Christ is guided in doing something that is not very common for people to do these days. Especially when they are in a circle where there are people who are not part of the church, who do not like religion or occupying higher positions in society. This can happen in a workplace, at school, on the subway, in the market or anywhere else or activity we attend or do during our day to day.
We men and women when we are happily chatting with our friends and friends from work, school, college, academy, condominium, the street, the neighborhood association, we enjoyed talking about novels, football, news , gossip, intrigues, the life of the famous and especially, of course: the lives of others. These things that usually do not build anything in our lives.
In these types of meetings is very common to fail, protest or even avoidance of some people when a more spiritual person starts talking about faith and religion, and the Lord Jesus Christ. Why does this happen?
That's because people do not want to know God and the things of God. Why people are ashamed to show their faith are. Even those who know the word of God cease to proclaim it for fear of appearing to other people, religious fanatics and boring. Conclusion: The more people seek to fulfill the will of men and women in the world to do the will of God.
Yes we send to our friends emails, links, videos, programs, websites and posts legal. What we can not do at all is when we are faced with an opportunity to proclaim the word of our God, we do not do so using the same enthusiasm with which we send to our friends the other posts, those same messages that do not build on nothing to people's lives as well.
We, the chosen of the Lord, we must never act that way. We must put aside any and all fear, shame or shyness, and speak rather of the Lord Jesus Christ and the wonderful things of our God. We should not be afraid of any dissatisfy people. It is much better to displease the people who displease our God.
So, henceforth, we will do our best to please God alone doing what He asked. That we should do whenever we have a small or great opportunity. With great faith and wisdom, we declare to all people who is the Lord Jesus Christ and how He saved, sanctified transformed our lives and the lives of millions and millions of people around the world.
