Gospel message about death

The Lord gave and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.

Job 1:21


Dear! Never overcome the pain, the sorrow and the deep marks that the death of a loved one leaves in our hearts. The most we can do to alleviate such pain and suffering is to have the consolation of the Holy Spirit of God.

Only by the grace of God and by His Holy Spirit we receive courage and strength to continue to live even in the midst of so much pain, sorrow, suffering and longing.

We should always keep in mind our condition as pilgrims. We're travelers here on earth. Summarizing're tourists and we are moving toward our true home beside our Lord Jesus Christ.

Pilgrim'm in a foreign land. - Exodus 12:19

Just as travelers are those who live with us are too. When one part before we should not indulge in deep sorrow for the dead to rest and feel nothing. They sleep and are awaiting the day of resurrection of the Lord. The same thing will happen to us. We also sleep.



13 We do not, brethren, have you ignorant concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not as others who have no hope.
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in God through Jesus, make them bring with him.
15 We tell you then it is the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who are asleep.
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ will rise first.
17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.

The dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward, for the memory of them is forgotten. - Ecclesiastes 9:5

We should not despair, as we will see our loved ones in eternity.

Verily, verily I say unto you, the hour cometh, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live. - John 5:25

I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? Now he is not God of the dead but of the living. - Matthew 22:32

Now he is not God of the dead but of the living, for to him all are alive. - Luke 20:38

For to this end Christ died and lived again, he might be Lord of both the dead and the living. - Romans 14:9


Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. - Daniel 12:2

But someone will say, How are the dead raised? and with what body do they come?
36 fool! what you sow is not made alive unless first die.
37 And when sow is not the body that will be, but a bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain.
38 But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

And if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead Jesus also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. - Romans 8:11

Dear do not get slaughtered by the deep sadness and depression for no trust in our God Almighty. Only God can comfort the hearts of men. And we must not forget ever.

God will heal me! Glory to God.
God healed me! Glory to God.
God has not healed me! Glory to God.

God Gave! Glory to God.
He took God! Glory to God.

God lent me! Glory to God.
God asked back! Glory to God.

God allowed me coexisted with him / her! Glory to God.
God now wants him / her in the company of Him! Glory to God.
