24 "Finally, came what had received the one talent and said, 'I knew that you are a hard man, harvesting where you have not sown and gathering where you did not sow.
25 So I was afraid and went out and hid your talent in the ground. See, here is what belongs to you. '
26 "His master replied, 'You wicked servant and negligent! You knew that I reap where I have not sown and gather where I did not sow?
27 Then you should have put my money with the bankers, so that when I returned I would have received it back with interest.
28 "'Take the talent from him and give it to who has ten.
29 For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have an abundance. But who has not, even what he has will be taken away.
30 And cast out the unprofitable servant into outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. ' - Matthew 25:24 to 30

When I read this parable told by the Lord Jesus Christ a fact caught my attention enough: a stinging rebuke to the servant who received one talent had won him the lord.

He who was the master called the servant who had won a talent for wicked and slothful servant. In other words you were saying that the man he had been relaxed and that he had underestimated the talent he had given into his hand. This was the cause of that strong rebuke.

The fearful and relaxed attitude that servant brought very negative consequences for him.

He was reprimanded by his master;
What his master had given him had been removed and given to his neighbor;
The man was called up unprofitable servant (useless is that which has no utility. Not for anything. Strong it is.)
The man was excluded from the kingdom of God;
The man was released in eternal suffering.

Why has all this happened?

17 Therefore, think about it: Who knows to do good and does not sin. - James 4:17

Let's think:

When a bad person ceases to do evil, somehow, that person does good.

On the other hand, a person who knows the good and not put into practice nor teach others to do so, somehow, that person favors evil

The word of God is teaching us how we should behave before we receive the Grace of God the Father, the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit of God. How should we act on the privilege that was knowing our Lord and Savior and his powerful gospel.

We even when we were in darkness received the light of our God who came from Him, This light, which is the Lord Jesus Christ, enlightened us, saved us and took us to a new life.

This was Luz who showed us the exit, she also taught us the way of salvation. Once that is known to us that there are still many people rushed into the darkness of prisons and evil, and yet deny the knowledge of that light, we act badly because we are selfish and we are also committing a grave sin.

We all have our own capabilities and limitations. The Lord Jesus Christ calls us to participate in His work. Each is named according to their capabilities. Some have more talent (5 talents), others have less talent (2 talents) our God makes no distinction between one and another. So much so that he called both good servant. What does He expect of us is that, according to our ability, we work and we engage in His work for that, so we can produce the good results he expects of us.
