The Resurrection of the Son of the Widow of Nain

11 Shortly after he went to a town called Nain, and his disciples went with him and a large crowd.
12 When He came near the gate of the city, behold, a dead man carried out, the only son of his mother, who was a widow, and she was a great crowd of the city.
13 And when the Lord saw her, he had compassion on her, and said unto her, Weep not.
14 And he came and touched the bier, and stopped when they that bare him, said: Mister, I say unto thee, Arise.
15 The dead man sat up and began to speak. So Jesus gave him to his mother.
16 The fear came upon all, and they glorified God, saying, A great prophet has arisen among us: and, God hath visited his people.

Luke 7:11 to 16

Because of the large crowd that watched the woman can deduce from that that woman was a very dear person or a very influential person in that city. There is none that doeth evil which brings with him, especially at a time of great sorrow and grief, so many people sympathetic to the sharp pain she was feeling at the time of such great suffering.
The Lord Jesus saw that scene and knowing beforehand what it was, he had compassion on seeing the situation that woman. The woman was a widow and only child she had just died. Therefore, she would be completely alone and helpless.
One of the lessons we can take from this passage is that, as bad as our situation may seem or suffering, the Lord Jesus Christ will never leave us helpless. Our God is an ever-present God and He has mercy on us and the sufferings that we are subject to pass in this world of sin and taken by the father of sin. If the Lord Jesus Christ did not do it one way, certainly, He will do for another. One thing we must keep in mind is that our God never abandons us. He loves us and He always wants our best.
Another point of great importance is the fact that our Lord Jesus Christ has given orders for a dead man. He said the dead:
Young man, I say unto thee, Arise. - Luke 7:14
When the Lord Jesus spoke to the boy he was dead. We can conclude that he gave orders to his death out of the boy's body and so the boy returned to life. Jesus has authority over everything. Even about life and death. That's what He accomplished this miracle at Nain and occoreu same fact in the resurrection of Lazarus.
However, this leaves us a great miracle warning:
If the dead to hear when the Lord Jesus Christ speaks, what will those who insist on living even close their ears and hearts to the Word and the Lord's call? What will these people even enjoying perfect physical and mental health and still make a point of not listening to the appeals of Mr. to come to participate in the work of God?
What will be the condition of those terrible that even hearing and seeing everything that the Lord Jesus has done in our midst, still do not believe the question of Strength, Power and Love in the Lord of life? And those who still scoff? what is the condition of such people is that even the dead hear the Lord Jesus?
No matter how dead we may feel that we are before God Father No matter how much we are sunk in sin and the way of death. The Lord Jesus tells us today:
Arise. - Luke 7:14
Let us hear the voice of our Lord of Life and Lord of Love. Let's rise, forsake our sins, repent, and restored by the Word and by the Grace of the Lord. Let us baptize and we live a new life glorifying and praising our God Almighty and much beloved.
Amen and thank God.
